Next Friday April 5 I will be taking a personal day to go watch Grace play softball in college.  Mrs. Masa will be our sub and the class will be in great hands!

PLEASE SEND IN AN EGG CARTON WITH 12 PLASTIC EGGS to school by April 12 .  We will be doing a religion project on April 15 . You may sent them in any time before April 12.

Half Day April 10 for teacher inservice.

Early Learning Program through Second Grade Students are invited to celebrate 
The Week of the Young Child! 

If students in Kindergarten through Second Grade decide not to participate,he or she should wear the regular standardized dress.

April 8   Music Monday – Favorite Color Day

                                    Wear your favorite color from head to toe!

                                    Jeans optional

 We will be making musical instruments with the other first grade class, 1T.

April 9   Tasty Tuesday – Spirit Day

                                     Show your Bobcat pride wear red, white and     

                                     black. Jeans optional.

Please bring in a baggie of cut fruit to add to our Friendship Fruit Salad

April 10   Work Together Build Together Wednesday   

             Sports/Athletic Day- Wear your favorite team or workout gear! Jeans optional.

We will do some STEM building activities with 1T

4/11    Artsy Thursday - Mismatch Day

                                     How wacky, tacky will your outfit be???

We will be a collaborative art project with the early childhood classes.

4/12    Family Friday – Pajama Day 

 We will be putting together a prayer wall and spending time praying for the requests.

I plan on having a summer reading club for students going into second grade.  Look for more details soon!
