Mrs. Smith has started teaching a few or our lessons. We are very blessed to have her in our room. She is very creative and shares a new perspective and fresh ideas. I am thankful for her and hope she learns as much from us as we learn from her.
I am a very happy teacher as our class's behavior has been much improved. Thank you for helping me teach your child respect to others, property, and our learning environment.
ZOO FIELD TRIP: The zoo will come to us Tuesday afternoon. The zoo will be bringing many animals from various animal groups. The zoo program is an interactive presentation on animals groups and animal needs.
FALL PARTY NEEDS YOUR HELP: The Fall party is scheduled for Wednesday at 1:45. If you are able to come and help please email me, we will need parents to help with the centers. This is a fun afternoon where we will have various centers, games, and snacks. If the weather permits we may have some outside activities. We do not dress up in costumes and students are to wear their uniforms dress.
Don't forget to turn in the OCTOBER BOOK IT forms next week and look for the NOVEMBER FORMS.
I will be collecting the October Book Logs and will put a new November log in your child's folder on Thursday.

We had a fun RED RIBBON WEEK. We talked about how God made our bodies and what we should do to take care of them. See the pictures of our fun week and door decoration.
This week we have learned about how God promises to love us, no matter what. We learned that God promises to forgive us through Jesus. We learned that God promises to always listen to us and how God promises to always do what is best for us.
On my way out of school on Thursday I saw a full rainbow!
A reminder that God keeps His promises!

This week we did many things that were difficult for some of us, yet we all did our best, tried, practiced, and worked hard. I was proud of the students. I told them that they should feel good after attempting and accomplishing many challenging activities. Enjoy our pictures from this full week!
