Jesus said, "Peace be with you! As the Father has sent me, I am sending you."
Zion church's front window is of Jesus. I have shared that when we look at the window we can remember how Jesus gives us PEACE and then SENDS us out to share His Peace with others.

Please look in your child's YELLOW Friday Folder each week There isn't much work in the Friday Folder this week. Please send the folder back on MONDAY!!
This week we have been practicing writing our names the correct way. With the first letter capital and the rest lower case. Also we are learning the correct formation of the letters in our name. You will see I have marked the names as reminder of the correct way!
Hot Lunch Milk Policy: If your child gets a hot lunch a milk is included. If your would rather your child have a juice or water please send in a note requesting water or juice. The child doesn't have to have an allergy to milk, but does need note from a parent.
This year our chapel offerings will go to support Pastor Greg Holz, a missionary in Cambodia. Look for more information about how our chapel offerings will support his ministry.
On Tuesdays your child will come home with a chapel offering envelope. You may return it on Wednesday for chapel.
It has been an absolute pleasure getting to know your child this week and I look forward a terrific year. This class has done a great job problem solving and working on difficult tasks.
Make worship a priority this weekend. Zion has in person church as well as online church options.
