Thank you for helping your child learn about generosity and ministry to others.
As a school we collected 455 super hero toys for Friends of Kids with Cancer. What a wonderful way to honor the memory of Drew Albritton and celebrate his new life with Christ.
We also went over our goal for first quarter chapel offerings . Offerings totaled over $3,100. This money will be used to purchase new coats for the kids attending the After School Care Program at Bethlehem Lutheran Church in St. Louis.
October 26 and December and January offerings will go towards paying heating bills for families in the Bethlehem Lutheran Church After School Care Program in St. Louis.
We have a goal of $2,000.
November’s offerings will go towards purchasing turkeys for the Thanksgiving meals being put together by Zion’s Student Council for Seminarian Families.
We would like to provide 20 meals.
