As we journey with Jesus through Holy Week
we begin with Palm Sunday but all to soon the
shouts of HOSANNA turn to shouts of  CRUCIFY.

We have used up all of our dry erase markers.
If you would be willing please send in a package to get us through the end of the year!
As a school we have given over $6,000 in offerings.  We have been able  to purchase 620 Bibles for preschool classrooms in Belize!  This is 20 more than our goal of 600! Our class has brought in enough money for 54 of those BIBLES!! WOW

We are working on showing God's love to each other.

Mr. Maddick led chapel and told us about the wisemen's gifts.

Gold: A very expensive gift for kings- Jesus is our KING
Frankincense:  A resin burnt as a sacrifice offering to God- Jesus is the FINAL SACRIFICE for sin.
Myrrh: an oil used to anoint the dead and mixed with wine to make a bitter gall- Jesus had bitter SUFFERING and DEATH for us.

My prayer is that your family walks with Jesus this HOLY WEEK and remembers His great love for you.

IN HIM,
Amy Bernhardt
We are getting so close to Holy Week.

Building homes in Social Studies

our favorite part of our house

We worked on our "big workbooks" (achievement tests) this week.

We PUBLISHED our teaching books.

Thank you to Grandma Carol (Ben's Grandma) for reading to us today!

After our BIG WORKBOOK we chewed some bubble gum.

We then used an Expanding Expression Tool to help us organize our thought to write a report about bubble gum.

We then made construction paper collage portraits. We even gave our portraits bubble gum to blow!
