Parent Sign Up for Parties and Special Days


Please visit the link if you would like to sign up to chaperone or be a helper at our parties and special days.
Please sign up for 1 field trip and 1 party/special day.  If I have open spots I will let you know if I need people to sign up for more.

If you are a chaperone for a field trip you will need a background check, please contact the office.

October 4: Johnny Appleseed Day 

Please have your child bring an apple to school as we will be filling our afternoon with fun apple activities to celebrate Johnny Appleseed.

Reminder that the teachers will be attending the National Lutheran Teachers' Conference in Wisconsin Oct. 5-8.  NO School on Oct. 5-7


Reading is so important in First Grade.  The best way to become a good reader is to READ, READ, READ!  Thank you for helping your child become a good reader and completing the reading homework 
each Monday-Thursday.  

In own Social Emotional Curriculum we have been learning 
Skills for Learning.

I am so thankful that we have a God who is a promise KEEPER!  May you make time to worship Him this weekend!

In STEAM we learned about pollination.  We made a model of how a bee helps spread pollen from flower to flower to help the flower make seeds.


 We learned about digital art by studying Peter Maxx.
