We have been busy with assessments this week.  I wanted to share the assessments with you.  If you have any concerns or questions I would love to meet with you after 2nd quarter report cards come out.  2nd quarter ends on January 13 and report cards will come out the following week.


My daughter, Hannah, is getting married at Zion on December 30!  Please pray for good health, favorable weather, and safe travel for all who are coming to town for the wedding!  Thank you!

I am so proud of how the class lead the church service on Wednesday.  Their JOYful proclamation of the GOOD NEWS warmed my heart.  Your child is filled with the Holy Spirit and is such a great witness to our Savior!

HOMEWORK CAN ALWAYS BE PICKED UP IN THE MAIN SCHOOL FOYER CUBBY BETWEEN 2:45-3:45

We have been having many kids missing school with illness. A reminder to email me and Mrs. Holtz in the office when your child is absent.  You may pick up your child's homework in the cubbies in the main school foyer between 2:45-3:45.  It will be in a folder or paper clipped with your child's name.

WEDNESDAY IS A HALF DAY WITH DISMISSAL AT NOON!


We will be having our class party at 10 am.

Parent helpers for the party are Chrisa Moore, Kelly Wegener, Rebekah Thomas, Cinnamon Bobbitt, Heather Frost, and Nichole Malone.Thank you to for helping with are party.  Please check in at the office at 9:45 and then come over to the church basement.

We will be making Christmas Bags for the Kindergarten classes, playing games, making a snack and craft and eating pizza, oranges and sugar cone Christmas trees!  If you child doesn't want or can't eat pizza feel free to send them a cold lunch.

We will have Christmas Spirit Week, December 19-21!

Monday, 12-20- Night Before Christmas

Tuesday, 12-21- Christmas Chaos
    over accessorize, wear Christmas socks, tie, necklace, earrings, 
    scarf, hat, headbands with UNIFORM BOTTOMS

Wednesday, 12-22- Deck the Halls
    wear red or green shirt with UNIFORM BOTTOMS

On a personal note my youngest graduates with her undergraduate degree this weekend in Milwaukee so I will be going there this weekend.  Pray for safe, snow free travel.  She is currently in grad school and will graduate in 2024 with her Doctorate in Occupational Therapy.

Have a wonderful weekend, enjoy the last weekend in ADVENT!
