We had a great field trip to the Botanical Garden. I hope your child told you about our fun day. Thank you to the chaperones who helped the day run smoothly.

Fun at the Botanical Garden
We learned about the ways seeds travel.
We went out into the garden to look for seeds.
We had time to explore the garden.
We planted bean plants. (I hope they work better than the ones we did at school)
JOHNNY APPLESEED DAY
We started out with Jesus Time reading 3 in 1.
We did apple centers.
We made a math book.
We tasted apples.
We made apple butter.
We did an apple word scavenger hunt.

We wrote about Johnny and made a craft.
